1. About this website
This website is operated by Madani Electric, an electrical supply and services company based on Souraty Street, Hamra, Beirut, Lebanon. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and pricing
We do our best to keep product descriptions, specifications, and prices accurate and up to date. Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD), with an approximate Lebanese Pound (LBP) equivalent for reference. The LBP figure is calculated using an exchange rate we update periodically; it is not a fixed or guaranteed price and may not exactly match the rate on the day of your order. The USD price is the amount actually due, unless we agree otherwise with you directly. Product availability is not guaranteed and is confirmed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Placing an order
You can add products to your cart and check out directly on this website. When you check out, your order details are sent to us as a message via WhatsApp. Placing an order does not guarantee availability — we confirm stock and finalize your order directly with you after receiving it. An order is only confirmed once we respond to confirm it, not automatically when the WhatsApp message is sent.
4. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery and Whish Money. No payment is collected through this website itself — payment is arranged directly with you once your order is confirmed. We do not store any payment card or banking details.
5. Delivery
Delivery fees shown at checkout are estimates based on the zone you select (inside or outside Beirut) and may be adjusted if your actual location falls outside these zones. Delivery timing will be confirmed with you directly after your order is accepted.
6. Returns and warranty
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. Many of our products carry a manufacturer warranty, as noted on the individual product listing where applicable. For anything not covered above, reach out and we'll work with you on a fair resolution.
7. Services
Installation, maintenance, and repair services are subject to an on-site or phone assessment and a separate agreement or quote before work begins. Warranty terms for products and workmanship are communicated at the time of sale or service.
8. Limitation of liability
While we make every effort to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all content is free of errors. Madani Electric is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
