Return & Exchange Policy

1. Our promise

If something you ordered from Madani Electric arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right. Reach out to us and we'll work with you on a fair resolution — a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

2. What's covered

• The item arrived physically damaged (e.g. cracked, dented, broken on delivery)
• The item is defective or doesn't work as described
• You received the wrong item, wrong quantity, or wrong specification
• The item is covered by a manufacturer warranty, as noted on the product listing

3. What's generally not covered

• Change of mind after the item has been installed or used
• Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear
• Items without their original packaging, where packaging is required to assess a claim

If you're unsure whether your situation is covered, just reach out — we'll look at it case by case rather than apply these rules rigidly.

4. How to start a return or exchange

Contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order — ideally within 3 days of delivery — by phone or WhatsApp at 71 159 164 or by email at info@madanielectric.store. Please have your order details and, where possible, a photo of the issue ready — this helps us resolve it faster.

5. Resolution

Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll agree with you on the best fix: a replacement item, a repair (for products covered by manufacturer warranty), or a refund via the original payment method (Cash on Delivery refunds are handled in cash; Whish Money refunds are sent back via Whish).

6. Manufacturer warranties

Many of our products carry a manufacturer warranty (noted on the individual product listing where applicable, e.g. batteries with a stated warranty period). For warranty claims, we'll guide you through the process with the manufacturer or handle it directly on your behalf where possible.
